I Love to Sprout!

I love to sprout things! The smaller jar contains mung beans that will soak overnight then continue to sprout for several days. The larger jar contains pearled barley and sunflower seeds that will soak overnight and become ingredients in a delicious bread tomorrow.

I’m busy cleaning our little kitchen in preparation for a juicy week. I find that I’m much more inclined to juice and prepare delicious raw food recipes when my kitchen is clean and a joy to be in.
